The clerks are kind, smart and go as fast as they can. I never push them and either should you because they are only human. They make each of my visit very pleasant. I'm so happy this is my neighborhood post office. Long live USPS!

The lines can get long here so patience is important, but the clerks are nice and go as fast as they can. They know what they are doing, and answer questions willingly.

For the past three years, ever since the former carrier retired (an Asian male) postal delivery service on Hillen Drive has been abyssal. We're lucky to get anything timely. Packages and letters are routinely left at the wrong address. Many packages were lost and never recovered. In addition to that bad news, one female carrier (by way of ID. purposes only, I believe she is Latina) is extremely rude. The Post Office on High St in Oakland is a bona fide disaster. Those of us who live on the route have come to expect the horrible service we usually get. I have very had to ask ban
