For the past three years, ever since the former carrier retired (an Asian male) postal delivery service on Hillen Drive has been abyssal. We're lucky to get anything timely. Packages and letters are routinely left at the wrong address. Many packages were lost and never recovered. In addition to that bad news, one female carrier (by way of ID. purposes only, I believe she is Latina) is extremely rude. The Post Office on High St in Oakland is a bona fide disaster.
