This store should not be the first store you visit if you needs any form of customer support . My experience at this store is not favorable . Workers walk around with headphones in there ears and ignore you when you beckon them for help. The really fast talking guy from paint department, his customer service is so bad , that it's best you avoid him. Do remember to Doulble check the measurement of blinds after they are cut by home depot representatives.

The store is good, I 've been to Home Depot several time and found everything I need. You can buy home cleaners even cheaper then they are in any other store, in garden section you can find any plants you want, you can buy everything you need for your house. The only improvement in Home Depot I would like to see is faster line movement during checkout and cashiers be in time.

4/5/2022 Worst place to be at to get any home improvement items. One cashier with a long line. Wait in line for 10 min. Line did not move. Left store without buying any items. Not sure how management have one cashier working alone.

This home depot in particular is pretty cool because you have the McDonald's over there. Also you have the 24 hour fitness area. The area just needs to a little bit more clean around the area. So that more clients or guests can come and patronize the businesses in the area.

They don't know yet if they are closing. They say the homeless are breaking into cars...
Yes, some locations have gravel in bulk by the unit/pallet, or can order it, and can arrange to have it delivered to your home curbside. There will likely be a delivery charge. Contact your local Home Depot, and ask for the Pro Desk.
Return it if I have receipt they won't return with out one no store credit save receipt or use pro #
Probably here at Oakland since they have rental equipment but call ahead if they have it available now.
Persistence is the key
I understand and agree its not a normal experience there but think about the employees experience...oakland is a crazy city. I think they are doing the best they can there. After walmart shutting down it got way busier. And on top of that their is that homeless camp right by it. Nothing is wrong with being homeless. I have been homeless. But the general attitude when your homeless is what do i got to lose? Im not an employee and i do shop there. I think theyre doing alright at that home Depot
Its better than davis i think
Not sure, but if u call them I'm sure they will look it up for you. Or on thete web site, if your able to get online.✌💥🎸
I think so
If I recall correctly they have a forklift on the delivery truck and will drop the pallets for you as long as you have a flat area for them to put it
Call them directly and ask. They'll be able to tell you by phone easier than a random Google maps query. Good luck!
At tha end east side of tha home depot
If purchased with your home depot credit account or your credit card, they can lookup receipt with that. Otherwise, if it's an item they carry, you might get store credit. Speak with the Returns desk at your local Home Depot.
