why isn`t someone answering the phone at the store #1007? i have called 3 tines waited 5min. 9min. 11min. this has been the store pattern. i have called before and the same problem. now i wish i went to Lowes for my items.maybe i just might anyway.

I understand and agree its not a normal experience there but think about the employees experience...oakland is a crazy city. I think they are doing the best they can there. After walmart shutting down it got way busier. And on top of that their is that homeless camp right by it. Nothing is wrong with being homeless. I have been homeless. But the general attitude when your homeless is what do i got to lose? Im not an employee and i do shop there. I think theyre doing alright at that home Depot

They are swamped with stock and are extremely busy with customers that in my opinion are rude and up to no good. No I don't work there yes I am a customer and I've seen first-hand

Have you gone to the store lately Home Depot on High Street it's like nobody cares. There are few people there that are exceptions most of the people hide out in the back where the paint is and the tape is about the last 2 hours of the evening nobody answers anybody and whatever you could use that to your advantage I never snitch on anybody but I noticed it there are things mismarked or things that have been on sale and still are and they were supposed to be taken down and you can argue that with them. As far as the phone goes I really can't help you there you can go online and homedepot.com and discuss what's going on there about nobody answering the phones I never call there.
