The Asian dude was always on time by 9 am maybe 9:30, mail was never mixed up or missing, he was friendly and would conversate with you, he worked this area for years and knew the area, so I can't be to judgemental about our carriers especially if they're not from here and have to learn the area, all I can say is study your route and don't be discouraged
