I cant even begin to tell you how wonderful my experiences have been with these folks that work here. It's great to have real human beings with hearts of gold. The staff have been amazing to me, especially the office manager Teri. I wont say what she did for fear of her getting in trouble. But it was one of the most heartfelt gestures I've ever received from a water company! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Watch this place thay are shady! My bill was late due for shut off I called they said I had Until 1st thing Wednesday to pay, my husband went in at 930 am paid and at 1030 am they shut my water off. I called they said I had to pay 40 to get turn back on for the Disconnection fee I thought that was kind of screwed up since I paid before it was disconnected. I talk to the manager All she could do was turn my water on as long as I promised to pay by that Friday the $40. My Opinion is they didn't do their job right and call the driver to let them know I paid so now I have to pay the fee😠
