Very professional and I had a great driver who played a wonderful playlist of music from the '50s 60s 70s and early '80s the trip was all day but it was worth it. He was very attentive to my needs as well.

Literally called back to back more then a few times no answer and put on the line for an hour. Horrible service

I have had to cancel a few appointments due to rediculas wait times to schedule a ride. Twice after spending over 45 minutes on hold, the calls just drop.

Always have gotten me to my appointments on time. They are free with insurance. Give out gas vouchers so if you have a licence you can drive yourself and not have to pay for any gas for your medical visits. All the drivers i have had so far have been very nice and respectful. There is alot of people giving bad reviews because its hard to get ahold of them due to heavy call volumes but right now every where is short staffed its not thier fault that there are so many people on state health insurance needing rides. They are doing everything in thier power to help people out and get them where they need to be. I am very thankful for paratransit.

Call the 800 number, I just got through no problem.
Not an answer...but I have been trying to get through for more than 2 weeks. One ring and then a busy signal!!! I have had to cancel 10 doctor appts in the last 2 weeks!!!
I Washington state Paratransit will no longer transport to the ER. You can only get a ride home. Reasoning is if you are bad off enough to go to ER you should go by ambulance plus they are not trained to assist you on way to ER if start having an emergency issue. (i .e an asthma attack or heart issues)
Can't get a ride for Friday to busy
Good question!
I got a ride home from Paratransit after my steroid injections no problem. I just told the hospital that Paratrasit was my ride home and don't give Paratransit too many details about your appt.
You can leave a message with your phone number and details on why you're calling and they'll call you back
You literally have to wait on the phone until one of us answer. We work hard to get through calls however there are only about 25 to 30 of us and we service more than 10 counties. Best of luck. :)
Because I am at work and dont recognize the number. Who's this
There is only One center. You call and request to be forwarded to the Comment line where you can leave a detailed message and a supervisor will review and contact
It is doing the same exact thing to me as well. I have rides scheduled Monday through Saturday of this week and not a single one has a trash can symbol next to it so I am able to cancel trips. I have been using paratransit for almost 2 months now and the first 2 or 3 weeks I was able to cancel rides online without a problem. I have contacted paratransit 3 different times now to try and fix this issue and nothing has changed or been fixed.
