Not an answer...but I have been trying to get through for more than 2 weeks. One ring and then a busy signal!!! I have had to cancel 10 doctor appts in the last 2 weeks!!!

We only have one call center to service more than 10 counties. There are only about 25 of us.

Why is Paratransit cutting hours starting August 1st, 2019? People have been on hold for an hour or more, or can't even join the queue. So why will they now stop taking calls at 3:30pm?
