Why is Paratransit cutting hours starting August 1st, 2019? People have been on hold for an hour or more, or can't even join the queue. So why will they now stop taking calls at 3:30pm?

I worksd for this company for many years. Worst place i have ever worked.

I worked there for a few days felt very bad for the clients. So of them had real bad attitudes. When the senior supervisor isn't there I notice nobody is at their desks another girl was hired at the same time I was she had lots of questions so she would ask me no one else was available and her and I were let go. one of the women who work there. Teresa Williams has a very nasty attitude. I really hope the government who helps this business because it's a non-profit takes a real good look at this place. I'm sorry your going through this I wish you luck.
