The Dr. Office recommended calling Paratransit for my spine shots as noone is willing to drive me and i cant get them with out a driver, so I want to know after reading all these complaints if this is a reputable place to count on ?

I got a ride home from Paratransit after my steroid injections no problem. I just told the hospital that Paratrasit was my ride home and don't give Paratransit too many details about your appt.

If by spine shots you mean a steroid injection, I had them done before, and NO, paratransit will not take you home after the procedure. They can take you there, but because there is a high chance for side effects, they are not allowed to take you home, they are just drivers. My hospital forced me every time to provide the name of who is taking me home.
