These people hit you at your lowest point, they collect your money immediately, I buried my mother next to my father more than six months ago, I was told that it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get the plate. After six months no plate, I have been told the same story 3 times. While I was burying my father almost two years ago, I noticed that my grandmother’s granite was broken, I brought it their attention, I was told they would replace it, almost two years later the broken granite still there, I was told today that it comes from China and they don’t have it. No respect for my family Take your business somewhere else
