Even though we arrived in Richmond really late the process of picking up our reserved car was fortunately pretty easy and quick. We had the same great experience at the drop off. The staff was just outstanding!

I had the very best experience renting a car from this location. Flying into a new city, i was not familiar as to where to go and initially wound up at the wrong pick up place. I was immediately greeted by the most friendly Enterprise staff and was escorted by Cliff to the correct check in area. He was so professional, had the most pleasant demeanor, was helpful, and after I checked in, he was able to escort me back to pick up my vehicle. I was then greeted again with a smile by Tawana. She quickly took my information and presented me with a wonderful, clean, Audi. She was not only professional but she was also friendly and extremely helpful as well. Cliff and Tawana are so awesome!!! I am so grateful that they made my experience an easy and a happy one. I will be back!

We had a great experience with Brandon P. at the Richmond Airport Enterprise location. He was very helpful in getting us set up with our rental car and also happened to be there to check us back in at the end of our trip. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was a great way to start and end our trip! We hope to see him the next time we travel to Richmond!

Absolutely wonderful. The website said the only thing that was available was a minivan. It was just me. So when I came to get the rental, the gentleman allowed me to get a smaller car since the minivan was unavailable. The service was phenomenal. The car (Hyundai sonata) was awesome. Absolutely no problems. Will always recommend enterprise for a car rental place. Especially if you're flying in to RIC. Thanks enterprise
