I went in to get a v-belt for my Husquvarna riding mower. A handsome young man at the desk found the belt I needed in the store. It fit perfectly after the one I ordered from Amazon didn't fit. It made my day.

Went inside there were only two customers getting checked out and i am next. So i asked “hey do you guys take recycled oil?” Everyone heard me one of them responded saying yes. I was waiting for the longest time and the two associate just going so slow. Line got longer and longer. Finally one of the associate finished. Once i got to the counter I said “here is the oil i want to recycle it.” This elderly man (not too old) said “we don’t do that here.” I was like didn’t you hear me with everyone in the shop when i first came in. I been here for more than 10 minutes waiting holding a oil. You could have just said “are you recycling or returning” something instead of wasting my time. I always go to autozone the day I decided to come to you guys made me never want to come back here. Good luck running a business like that. NAPA needs to find better assistance that actually wants to work.

Everytime I go in... 1 person working the counter and 8 people walking around out back. 30 - 60 minutes to pick up online order parts. So aggravating when you are busy, but part pickups take 2 hours out of your day.
