I went everywhere to try to get my charger battery changed and no one would do it so I stopped at AutoZone to buy a battery and they end up doing it, that really made my day cause I was driving everywhere and was annoyed because I couldn't turn my car off just in case it wouldn't come back on, the guy was very nice and he changed my battery faster than expected, Thanks.

Worst autozone experience ever. I walked in the store and was immediately in line. thats how long it was. there was one girl with feed ins that was the ONLY employee out of the 6 that helped to clear the line. She was helpful but of course the item i wanted was out of stock💀 id love to never have to come here again.

very bad service, two days ago I ordered a control arm I paid for it and they told me I would be there at 7:30 am I arrived at 11 am when I arrived at the store the workers were lazy and eating chicken nuggets, after 30 minutes they told me that apparently they didn't order it and they don't know why. It seems unfair to me because apart from paying for it, I had already made an appointment with my clients basically it is a waste of time I recommend trained people for the positions that are held there. Worst service
