The water quality in plainville is so terrible, I feel like we are a science experiment. The worst water of any place I've ever lived. Home test kits show this water to be well past the legal limits for safe drinking. It's permanently pitted and stained my porcelain, damaged appliances, and is causing my hair to fall out. Disgusting.

This company dramatically increased the water pressure in my neighborhood with notifying customers. This coincides with the push to sell safety valve insurance to its customers . It’s simply outrageous . Have the water pressure measured because increased pressure is dangerous . No reason to trust this company at all .

Tell them that they will appreciate it
It should be either in the basement or outside in a meter pit (large round cover, size of dinner plate). Call Aquarion and ask if they have a tap card for your property. This will help identify location of service line, meter if in pit, and type of line, plastic or brass. Another possibility is that it maybe well water, but very unlikely in Bpt.
