No humans at this garage. When you park your car, you enter a credit card and your license plate number. Fees are automatically charged to your account. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, Crayola factory and the State Theater.

Be ready to pay $15 fine even if you have paid the meter for the street parking. They are a biggest scam on the earth. I would call them THIEVES. NEVER coming back to Crayola again.

A pit pricey, cheaper to park at meters for shorter trips. Never had an issue, like others are stating, but I pay using the app and have have had no issues with tickets. Just seems you can't park for less than $6 though. It is very convenient to all the things downtown, however.
