For years I have been getting my full synthetic oil change and tire rotations every 5,ooo miles at the Harrisburg, NC store. Today they advised me they could not rotate my tires because they were at the 2/32 dept and needed replacement. Three looked like plenty of tread left but the fourth was at the replace state. Thanks for informing me of my tire problem.

I would stay away from this place. I brought brand new rotors and brakes to replace my olds. I got the best ones to get at that, my truck didn’t make any sound before taking to them. It’s been 3 whole weeks my truck has the loudest whistle. I was told there’s nothing they can do. I wouldn’t leave a 1 start but this is the only way to post.

Sunday morning getting ready to go out, noticed front driver tire flat. Thank God I have AAA, tech came and put the donut tire on to get me to the shop. Googled pep boys in Harrisburg the closest and open. Well I likened them to scammers. Manager tried to tell me he could not patch my tire. WRONG!!! Tried to get me for $203 and could fix my tire, Never again...went back to my location I trust!

Great experience!! My first time to a Pep Boys for tires. I booked an appointment in advance - made sure they had the tires I wanted in stock. Everything went so smoothly from the moment I walked in, Marybeth took such good care of me. It was quick, efficient and great price for my 4 new tires. I recommend this location in Harrisburg, NC. I get free tire rotation for the life of the tires and roadside service. Thank you so much Pep Boys. The only reason I didn't give you 5 stars is it would have been nice to finish off my new tires with a little tire shine. Thank you for a great experience!!
