They are not a parish; it is a basilica built and funded by many generous people, especially tourists-its a place for tourists to be able to go to mass while visiting Orlando; but of course, anyone can go! Therefore they do not offer any sacraments other than confession and communion. They do hold special masses there but they encourage those who want the sacrament of baptism, confirmation, marriage etc to go to their parish.
