I would leave a 5-star review if I were only reviewing the friendliness of the owner and manager. They went above and beyond to get an order to me in time for a meeting. BUT, doing so took three visits to the store over two days. I very much appreciated them making my order a priority, but felt bad for all the other orders visibly sitting, unopened, in their email inbox both days that I visited the store. And I'm not sure my order would have been given that kind of attention had I not kept showing up to check on the status. Apparently an employee had unexpectedly called out on day two - I totally understand those things happen - and a sign out front notes that they're currently hiring. Another well-trained employee or two to help the store stay caught up on their volume of orders would definitely bump it to a 5-star rating. Convenient location and great staff - just seem to need a couple more employees!
