The doctors here are absolutely wonderful and top notch…. But the staff is completely incompetent and does everything possible to keep you from being able to see or speak to a doctor. I’ve had MULTIPLE problems in the past I’ve let slide, but the last straw is the fact that I was told at 10:30 this morning I would receive a callback within 30 minutes from a triage nurse after they refused to give me an appointment for my 9 month old who has been sick for TWO WEEKS simply because he “hasn’t cried for 2 hours straight without stopping” I know my child. I know when something is wrong with my child. So now rather than him having a diagnosis and the care he needed we are on night number NINE of no sleep for any of us because once again my child is up crying in obvious pain, but because it’s not 2 hours straight because he’s a trooper and/or cries himself to sleep, it’s not deemed worthy enough of an appointment to be seen or even a call back as I was promised over THIRTEEN HOURS AGO. The staff is running this practice straight into the ground and it’s an absolute SHAME because like I said the doctors are absolutely amazing, so much so that I was willing to drive 45 minutes from home to see them. Do better.
