Left my electric car to charge overnight at 23% battery and picked up the car with 20% battery. Giving this 2 stars as the staff was cordial BUT someone must have lied about the car being plugged in. I was ensured it was plugged in the whole night, (which by the charge and charge history says the opposite) and had a day full of errands which depending on it being charged. No one to even complain to as the workers just shrug their shoulders at me with no response as I looked stunned at them for the battery being LESS than how I dropped it off. Really frustrating experience at this place.

Staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional! We arrived home late on July 17th, 2022 and we decided to put the car in a garage rather than look for a spot. We paid for parking via Best Park and rushed to the garage since we knew they closed at midnight. We arrived a few minutes before they close and before we had a chance to pull out our parking pass an attendant ran out and said we're closed. We explained we already paid all he said was we're closed. We told him you're posted hours until midnight he said we're closed. I told him we already paid and you don't close until midnight then he just kept saying we're closed we're closed. I told him there was no place else to park, they're not closed yet, and we already paid he said not his problem. I do not recommend ever trying to use this place!

I have been using the garage for almost a year on a regular basis. Everything has been positive and exceeds expectations, including the convenience of the text feature, great management and garage attendants. All attendants are cautious while operating vehicles. I definitely trust them and would recommend to anyone who is in need of parking in the area.
