Family Fitness Karate and Kickboxing are the absolute best! My nine year old daughter loves going to class, especially on Fridays when she gets to spar with her friends. What I love most about Family Fitness is that they teach real fighting and self defense techniques, like in MMA. Thank you Master Vinh, Jerry, and the rest of the staff for being awesome!

Honestly the downtown jersey city Family Fitness Karate & Kickboxing location is AMAZING! Master Mike and the rest of our kids mentors are awesome. They learn a lot each day they go! We had the pleasure of having our sons birthday party with family and friends. Both coaches hosting were amazing with all of our guests, especially the cake cutting moment. That was an above and beyond experience that our son will never forget. I would definitely recommend all services offered by Karate Fitness.
