Why is it that every craft store find the most irrational way to organize the layout, then throws a bunch of random stuff at the ends of the isles? Where am I? I see spray paint and orbeez side by side? Kids crafts in isle 12 and leather working in isle 13??? Why are the crochet needles on the opposite side from the yarn? God I love spending money here.

They lost my UPS package. No idea why it's not with the other packages, and they don't want to spend time looking for it. The manager offered no solutions or anything resembling customer service or even empathy. A little empathy can go a long way!

Always friendly. Just like everywhere, sometimes they are out of items but it is understandable coming out of the pandemic. They started selling fabric so that is fantastic. I got my wedding portrait framed here (I brought in an antique frame I found) and they did an amazing job. They also have very nice frames.

This is a store for artists, beginners, teachers, students, and for each and every family member. You can find anything to fullfill your idea, or just come without any ideas and find great inspiration. Unfortunately, the restroom is awfully dirty and there is no toilet paper. So plan accordingly 😉
