No. This court doesn't have jurisdiction over divorces. You have to file them at superior court.
Call the court house & explain. Surely you're not the 1st. I'm sure they know that "life happens".
There are multiple ways to get an extension on your payments. You can have a court hearing, write a letter to the judge asking for more time, and if you are not late you can set up a standard 4 month payment plan at the front counter.
You can pay it with your card or in cash by going to the court.
Just show them your card on your court date, it will be dismissed.
