Filthiest outhouse I have ever seen. The rest area restrooms are closed. Indefinitely.

The rest area exits the same exit as the weigh station so a lot of traffic backup, on to I 5. Kinda dangerous on a regular February winter soaking wet foggy day!

Is it ok to park here overnight in the rig without getting harrased in the morning? Did this two weeks ago at another dot scale and got inspected lol passed it but don't want the hassle
