The volunteer with long blonde hair was so rude to me. She was angry and yelled at me when I asked simple questions. I asked her to be nice to me, but she said that I'm arguing with her, but I didn't. I think people like her can't be at the place, where others coming to get help. The rest volunteers are very nice and polite. Big thank for their help!
