The online reviews do not actually do this place justice. The shop went above and beyond in their service of my lawn mower. They professionally repaired it, exhibited unrivaled service, delivered way faster than was unreasonably expected, and even went so far as to wash it before returning it. Couple that with the homemade caramels that were on the counter for me to eat, and they have made a customer for life... Places like this are few and far between these days and I can't believe I found them in my back yard. Thank you JDK...

I can't write a better review. These guys are just that good. Great service, super very nice people and great prices. I brought in what I thought was a dead pressure washer. JDK said, they'd have it fixed in just a couple of days, which delighted me. Later that same day, I got a call saying, all done, come and get it. My pressure washer fired up right away, like brand new. So happy. If you live anywhere in the Seattle-Tacoma Metro areas, worth coming here.
