I've been coming here almost 20 years. We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Claphlin but it's gone completely downhill. I now won't do business at all with this location but only with Yukon. Front desk is short and extremely rude. Nurses at shot station are rude. Just all around a terrible environment. If they weren't basically the only allergist around I'd have already gone elsewhere. Not to mention it's ATLEAST a 3 hour appointment every single time only to be seen maybe 30 minutes of that entire time. I'm blown away at how awful this place has become and I'm hoping to find a completely new place so I don't have to do business here anymore.

All the staff I visited with were incredibly kind and respectful. Dr. Overhulser was very professional and thorough. She even ordered extra tests when I didn’t react to the first one. She addressed all of the medications individually and made sure I understood how to use them. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the nurses name but she was patient and made sure I was okay several times throughout the appointment. I highly recommend this clinic.
