Awesome team at Bob Mills! We walked in just to look at couches and get an idea of what we wanted and walked out with two couches a new mattress, bedsheets, pillows and a bedroom set! Brian spent hours with us and was very accommodating even without the promise of sale and ensured we knew there was no pressure to buy but if we wanted to he would ensure we got the best price possible and he did as far as I know! The manager was involved and she also worked as hard as she could to get us the best deal possible. Best furniture shopping experience ever!

Nathan Taylor was super helpful throughout our whole experience. We went just to look and had our 18 month old son with us! As you could imagine, he was everywhere and we were a bit distracted, but Nathan was kind, patient and very informative as we searched for new couches! To be honest, the price was a bit higher than we wanted to spend, but the experience went so well and we found just what we were looking for I couldn't imagine going somewhere else and doing that again in hopes that we would find someone as helpful as Nathan. I heard he even stuck around late to complete our purchase and I'm so glad he did! He made our experience as easy and painless as he could! Thanks Nathan! Can't wait for our new couches!!

I would get a list of all the things that you want in a sectional and go to a sales rep and list exactly what you want. They can take you around and show you the different selections said they have that meet your needs.

All employees wore a mask. No temperatures were taken. I don't recall seeing a sign for mask required, but all customers I saw were wearing a mask.

Email or text is definitely the most efficient way to keep up with your order. A sales floor can be a very hectic place. Time management is crucial for your salesperson. Depending on manufacturer special orders range from 28 days, to 8-12 weeks. Most efficient way to find out is a text of email around the 4 week mark. By that point there will be an accurate arrival date.
