I believe when I was there over the weekend maybe about 20-25 but it's always changing if you check the website it'll tell you what stores are open and what stores aren't and which will soon be opening. One thing it does not inform you of is that they are limiting customers in the stores and there are lines to get in. So be prepared to wait to get into your favorite store and have a mask with you. Then again all this could change come tomorrow...

It depends on where you but it. Most clothing stores have. But the stores range from high end on down. There is a leather where everything is discounted. So even though a men's belt may be cost more it will be heavily discounted. Start at the food court and get a map of the outlet complex Ask am employee or call a store for belts. It will save you from going store to store. At least the parking is free. Good luck!!

It depends on what you are looking for. They have Fossil and also Michael Kors, a couple jewelry stores that sell watches. Maybe some of the other stores have watches too but nothing like a standard mall has.

As of last weekend they were not if you go on the website Grove City outlets it will tell you exactly what stores are open , what stores are closed, when stores are expecting to open, etc. Some stores have limits to how many customers are permitted in so be prepared to wait in line to enter the store, face coverings are a must in all stores.
