I wouldn't do it. It will probably get towed.
There is security, so it could possibly be towed I'd it's there after closing time.
The parking lots are so big. If you parked your car were it wont be in anyone's way or taking daily shoppers space. Why not. If you are leaving it there because you going away with someone I suggest you tell someone were your car is parked. If you are hiding it from the repo man maybe you should just turn the car in.
