Clothes have no tax
It depends what you are buying. Pennsylvania does not tax necessities. So, clothing items and grocery food are not taxed. Jewelry and non essentials items such as purses, toys, etc. along with prepared foods (food court items and restaurants) do have a 6% sales tax.
