Exactly....seasonal sales and clearances are the way to go.
They always have a sale. All of the outlets stores do. Holiday sales are not usually much better, if any, than their normal prices. You can always get a VIP book at the guest center in the food court for $10 or free for military. I can't remember for sure if under armor had a discount in the VIP book or not but it's worth it to inquire about if you'll be doing a lot of shopping.
