They've had issues with field mice and cockroaches multiple times in the last 2 years. Management is completely unresponsive and maintenance can't fix anything. On the bright side you can still spend around $1800 a month if that's what you're looking for.

These apartments are a hidden gem in the area in terms of value for rent. A relatively spacious 1BR apartment with utilities included going for well under $2000 a month in rent is IMPOSSIBLE to find around these parts. While there are definitely some downsides (apartments get super hot in the winter because of central heating + I've had some issues with pests), the aldon maintenance staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in taking care of business. I would definitely recommend living here to anyone who doesn't need a luxury residence and looking for a cost effective apartment with utilities included and ofcourse, SUPERB location

I have nothing but good things to say about Aldon! My boyfriend and I have been living in our apartment for over 2 years now, and we absolutely love it. Aside from the reasonable price, great location, and quality facilities, the leasing office and maintenance staff are truly incredible. Whenever anything needs to be fixed in our apartment, the maintenance staff take care of it quickly and professionally. When we’ve had to reach out to the leasing office, the staff have been extremely friendly, answered all of our questions, and addressed any issues we encountered.

Very much enjoyed living here. Close proximity to anything you’d ever need, including metro access. You can literally walk anywhere you need to go also. Great residents, never had any issues with noise/smells/maintenance etc, and the management was always attentive and quick to assist wherever they could. Definitely recommend this complex if you need to move to Bethesda.
