I’m moving in 12-1-19! Very excited. Professional staff, Karen Mamula has been wonderful. I can’t wait to be living in that beautiful 2 bedroom apartment!😊. It’s 01/2022 and I am still happily living in the beautiful Garfield Manor Apartments. Last year I moved upstairs to the 3rd floor into a 1260 sq foot gorgeous suite of rooms with an extra bathroom and washer and dryer hookups ensuite. We love living here!

Yes a 1 Bdr is big enough for 2 ppl. Your water, sewage, and garbage are included in the rent. It's a really nice place to live. The electric and gas are not bad at all. It's central air so depending on how much you use it determines your bill. Average bills for electric and gas for myself and I've I lived there for 2 years is $85 in winter gas and electric and around $100 in the summer.
