I came all the way here and she would not even try to alter my dress. I just wanted to fix the top of the dress by simply sewing the neckline together a little. She refused. Didn’t tell me why. I will not come back here. Very unprofessional situation.

I took a bridesmaid dress here to be altered and I am very displeased with the service I received. All I needed was length taken off the bottom and top of the gown taken in slightly. Kim refused to touch the top and would not give me an explanation as to why. At the point I should have just said never mind and taken the dress elsewhere but it was an uncomfortable situation. Fast forward to picking up the dress she made me pay without even seeing the dress and did not allow me to try it on before leaving. It was an hour after she opened and no one else was there so I’m very confused by this. It was also very wrinkled when I got it back. Every other seamstress I’ve been to has steamed the gown after alterations. I would take your business else where.
