Yes a 1 Bdr is big enough for 2 ppl. Your water, sewage, and garbage are included in the rent. It's a really nice place to live. The electric and gas are not bad at all. It's central air so depending on how much you use it determines your bill. Average bills for electric and gas for myself and I've I lived there for 2 years is $85 in winter gas and electric and around $100 in the summer.
