Lived here for a few years while in medical school. I enjoyed the unit but getting things fixed was difficult and they took way too much of the security deposit (almost all of it) for cleaning which should be minimal cost in my opinion. I also left my unit extremely clean as I was the only person who lived in the 3 bedroom unit and spent most of my time studying. Nice place but expect to be overcharged.

Loved this place for the two years that we have been here! Prompt service and very nice people in the management. However 2022 so far has been a nightmare! And mainly due to the snow! I still give a 5/5 to the management in all other departments. In the defense of the management they did give us a notification that the snow ploughs had Cherie Hill the last on their priority list as they had come to an agreement late in the season. However, we did not expect to be completely snowed in at 11am when it had stopped snowing in the rest of the county! We are first responders with no way out and the management who is clearly overwhelmed with phone calls have stopped answering their phone! So before renting a home here.....especially of your a first responder, Please find out as to where on the snow ploughing list is the community? If its the very last or if you are going to be snowed in at 11 am in the morning when the snow has nearly stopped and the rest of the county is working...is that something your work place would agree upon.
