I placed an order to have 2 documents printed as my current printer is broken. The email tells me to arrive TODAY (10/03/2022 at 10am EST) so I arrived to pick up my order and showed them the confirmation email like I was told to do so. The smart mouth female employee there was rude & smart with me...stating that they just remodeled their building and it was emailed to their old location email (which I was NOT notified of) so I have to re-email my order to the new one and they DID NOT give me the new email and didn't give me instructions on how to email my order!!! Very unacceptable!!!

This has been my goto place on Sundays for Amazon returns. Very conveniently located and you can park right in front of the store (5 min parking). Would like to give a shoutout to AMBER, who went out of her way to look for a packaged that I returned. I forgot to remove the S-pen in a case that I was returning. Called the store and spoke with Amber. Was in the store 20 minutes later and Amber patiently went through the packages to search for mine. Couldn't ask for better service. A+++ in my book.
