I received amazing service from an individual named Nancy. When I tried to fill out the survey, it couldn’t find my receipt number. It said, “please provide a valid receipt number and I was typing directly from my receipt!” Besides the survey not working, Nancy was so helpful and caring. She went above and beyond normal guest service and gave exceptional service.

Twice packages processed through this office were mis-delivered. One arrived 30 days late and was sent to the local Post Office and not my home. The latest on Oct. 7 was not delivered , but I received a package addressed to the next town, I delivered that myself. Still no package @ $99.95 and no status from FedEx. They claim to have a photograph of the delivery address. Can't get help. DO NOT USE FedEx. if you want to receive your packages.
