Ups never knocks they always leave a note. I was literally right there by the door when they came by. Didn't knock or anything. Seller emailed to me they have my package. Have had many packages showed up busted when it says fragile.

Kathy, you should be able to track your package online. There are several trucks, half a dozen or more but I don't know how many trucks cover what areas.
