Came here during peak hours, the parking lot was packed and you could barely get in the door good but they were so efficient. Although the line was all the way to the door I spent less than 10 mins in here. On top of fast service the guy who checked me out, named Jody I believe, was really nice.

🙌🏾 down the best UPS store. The staff is always friendly, and the take their time with the elderly, and have extreme patients. I love Nelly, and Dre said hey lol. My go to from now on. Very spacious and clean and they have a large amount of PO boxes.

Do not trust them to mail anything of importance. They lost a medical mri to a physician at Duke and offered to file a claim that takes 2 weeks to a month. Incompetent and Ridiculous.
