Stood in line for over 5 minutes. No assisted until other customers came into the store. What happened to the guys that used to work here?!?! They were great!

Since new management has taken over, the employees are unprofessional, slow, and have no customer service skills. I will no longer go to this location to see 3 people "working" but no one will assist you or even acknowledge you for 5 minutes

I made a notary appointment online and travelled to the location to receive the service. When I get inside they tell me the notary individual is not in today.. Not even upset yet, so I ask to reschedule my appointment and the girl tells me they do not do appointments... So I'm like why is it available online to schedule an appointment for a service if you "do not do appointments". No adequate response given or apology. I just left upset because I completely wasted my time traveling there..
