I purchased a saxophone for my granddaughter’s birthday and I wanted to personalize it with her name, and while everyone else told me they could not do it Victory told me to bring the sax to them and they would get it done. Barbara and the entire crew was just amazing!! The customer service is outstanding!! I will never go anywhere else for my trophy or engraving needs!!!
