Had a wonderful experience with Chauncy Thompson and Destiny (might have gotten her name wrong). They went the extra mile in helping my family find a lost & highly prized package. Great customer service all around.

Convenient FedEx location that's open until 9pm. You do have to show ID to enter facilities as this is co-located with a real FedEx facility. Staff was friendly and helpful even suggesting I take a picture of my FedEx envelope that I could easily forward info to the recipient.
