I started working there. They are so efficient! Not only for complete safety for every person against all the machines but also for covid....safety is there number one concern

We registered the tour online and had a tour on a Wednesday afternoon. Shane, our tour guide, was very informative and answer questions easily. Highly recommend the tour. Furthermore, we also got a small gift at the end of tour.

Simply Amazing. If you ever want to know the ins and out to Amazon fulfillment process this tour is a must see. Lot of automation, QA and staff working here.

Questions & Answers

Is there a lot of walking and stairs at the Tracy fulfillment center tour?

There are 4 levels. There are elevators in the facility. But there are stairs as well. Not sure if the tour takes you to upper levels. It is a big facility with lots to see!🤗

I signed up for a tour of the Tracy facility, on August 29th, 10 AM I never received a confirmation email, I looked in my spam folder, and my known spam. Nothing. Now what do I do?

I’m signed up for a tour in Tracy on October 4th and I have not received email confirmation or instructions on where to go either. Plus, they don’t list a phone number to call. I’m curious as to what you ended up doing. Thanks for your input.
