This building is fantastic. The nurses and aides were caring and responsive to my requests and questions. It was alway clean and tidy. The rehab team was terrific and provided good therapy daily. I highly recommend Tracy Nursing and Rehab Center!!!

Tracy Nursing and Rehab staff are very caring and good at what they do - taking care of people. They are very cautious during this time which I really appreciate. The facility is really clean and they call all the residents by their names which is appreciated by them. Very lucky they have regular staff!

Hello, our excellent therapy team does provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy for patients who require rehabilitation services. Usually either Medicare or one of our contracted insurance companies would be the payer. If you call Tracy Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at 209-835-6034 and ask for our Admissions department during regular business hours, we'll be happy to answer questions about therapy, insurance, and anything else. You and she can ask the medical center if she will need skilled nursing and rehabilitation services at a skilled nursing facility, and if so, they can send us her referral as she's preparing to discharge from there. Please feel free to call us with any additional questions, and if you like we can even schedule a facility tour.
