Very pleasant experience. From the moment I walked in, Adrian greeted me very warmly and directed me to the dining tables. Unlike other sales associates, Adrian wasn’t constantly hovering around me. He checked in after a few minutes to make sure I was still doing well, and then he would leave me to browse. Zero pressure and left to browse at my leisure. When it came time to purchase and schedule delivery, Adrian made the paperwork extremely quick and easy. Though the couch I wanted wasn’t available, I’ll still probably drive from Tacoma just to work with Adrian again.

Kathy was absolutely fabulous! She greeted us at the door and was so helpful when we found a bedroom set we liked. She was patient and creative as we searched for matching pieces since the night stands were on back order.
