Absolutely stellar experience waiting almost 2 years to fulfill my Bronco reservation (2 door, base, manual trans). Mikala Valdez put up with my endless questions and responded quickly and thoroughly, and Brandon Hopper made it the simplest and most honest sale I've ever experienced. Finance with Tom was straightforward and no pressure. Everybody went above and beyond to have a quick turnaround from receiving the vehicle, completing inspection, and having paperwork complete past closing time on the same day. I would like to send a little praise to Brandon Hopper for the great service he provided us when we arrived to look at the Ford Escape Titanium Hybrid that we eventually bought. His courtesy was beyond what we expected & he listened to every question patiently that we asked & after we signed all the paper's he showed us every button & gadget on the vehicle before we left. I recently purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco at Bowen Scarff and must say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I reserved my Bronco last July so the wait was hard but my customer service rep Mikala Valdez was amazing the whole time, keeping me updated and informed, especially around the supply constraints and price for my vehicle. I won’t mention the other Ford dealership in Seattle that was a nightmare to work with when I bought my last new car a few years back, but I will only buy from Bowen now. Brandon helped me out the day I picked up my rig and I was in and out in 2.5 hours! He walked me through the buying process and showed me all the cool functions on my Bronco. A+ 5 Star experience and customer service. If you don’t want to get jerked around, lied to, bait and switched and frustrated, just like I was previously then go to Bowen Scarff and ask for Mikala or Brandon. They will take great care of you!
