Im homeless and I didn't got a notice about my EBT being cut off. It's the worst feeling of my life, I been injured sence 2019 from work. And barely making it I came today cause it shows open but it's closed I'm just stress out God Lord what can I do.

We know that visiting DSHS use to be a pain in the as$, but at this office everything is easy way, ok maybe not, but at least the customer service is polite, can you believe it? They are polite!! And they are not rude and most of them are really kind people, I believe it is because the guy who’s in charge of this location is really professional and HELPFUL. He really listen and READ is not like Renton where people use to say what they think is their job putting their believes over the law.... also here is not to slow as other locations. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My grandson is being abused by his mother's boyfriend. It was reported four years ago when he was four. Nothing was done. It was reported recently now that he is eight and can speak for himself. Nothing is being done. I have talked to teachers, police, lawyers, social workers, and doctors. Noone can get this child out of this terrible environment where he is being destroyed psychologically and hurt physically because there are no bruises or broken bones. A psychologist can only be brought in if one of the parents agree to it. What kind of a rediculous law is that?!!! CPS is an utter waste of tax payers money.

When I needed an I.D. Voucher, i went to the dshs office and let the person at the check-in desk know that "I" was in need of a 5 dollar I.D. voucher. After that they had me put my ssi number on a key-pad. Then the worker printed out the voucher and directed me to sign my signature at the bottom of the voucher right there. Hope this helps...
